It looks like you need to put a support under that branch. As your oranges ripen, get heavier, it can tear the branch off the trunk. Looking good! Will they be ripe by June? Citrus often doesn't ripen until winter... What kind is yours? XOXO
This is an apricot tree. They're just a little bigger than a size of a golf ball. I'm hoping they'll be ripe by the time you guys get here in mid june.
Yah! Thats so exciting! I want some! YUM YUM YUM! Dont be shocked if im sneeking into your back yard in the middle of the night because i got the MUNCHIES!!!
Cassie, you and the crows both!!! Already, we have a bunch of half eaten fruit on the ground thanks to those birds. I've been teaching Maddie and Shelby to 'sick em' when they're in the yard.
7 June: Abby rode bike without training wheels by herself (she can now stop and go without my help!!). Met my Korean neighbor. Read books to Abby for an hour.
This a compilation of our doings, pictures, thoughts, and feelings. I'm not good at writing in a journal, so this is my next best thing. This blog is our family journal. Enjoy.
We've been married for 6 years now. We have a 5 year old, Abby and a 4 month old, Ruby. Andrew's working for Empire Cat doing gps systems on the mines down here. He's graduated from DeVry University Phoenix where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. He's out of the Army National Guard, where he was a cook. I'm a full time mom who coaches gymnastics on the side-- it seems to be keeping me pretty busy. We have a zoo of animals in our house, as well. We've been very blessed with our little family and we're very grateful for the many blessings the Lord has poured out on us.
Looks good. What kind of fruit?
ReplyDeleteoh wow I'm jealous!!!! Someday soon our veggies and fruit will be growing too
