Today we went to a member's house for family home evening. I made the treat and it turned out well. I was actually surprised. So i thought i'd share. I kind of got it from two sites, but mainly kraft.com
anyway, I baked sugar cookie dough in a pie pan like it was the crust (and did it for 20 min vs. the 13 min the package suggests). then I mixed cream cheese, some strawberry kool-aid, 1/3 cup sugar and a table spoon of powdered sugar. and then folded in a container of cool whip. put that ontop of the cookie in the pie pan and then placed strawberries on top of it. looked good, tasted good. you should try it.
