I made bread today. I used my fancy schmancy bread machine I got from my mom (thanks mom). I used it to make the dough (it took 5 hours) and then baked it in the oven. Most of the time my bread machine burns my bread a half hour before it's supposed to be finished. Today though, I only made the dough in the machine, focaccia bread that is. and it turned out SOOOOOO good.
I'm so proud of myself. I made bread. go me.

- We've been married for 6 years now. We have a 5 year old, Abby and a 4 month old, Ruby. Andrew's working for Empire Cat doing gps systems on the mines down here. He's graduated from DeVry University Phoenix where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. He's out of the Army National Guard, where he was a cook. I'm a full time mom who coaches gymnastics on the side-- it seems to be keeping me pretty busy. We have a zoo of animals in our house, as well. We've been very blessed with our little family and we're very grateful for the many blessings the Lord has poured out on us.
